Please optimize for the iPhone X! The black borders on the screen are so annoying

Needs to be updated for iPhone X, it’s been out for how many months now?

Are you going to support the iPhone X? The black bars at the top and bottom look terrible. It’s been 5 months now since the X came out, and most Google apps have been switched over to work with the X’s increased real estate. What gives?

I recently upgraded to an iPhone X, and of all the many apps I use, this one is literally the only one that hasn’t upgraded to it. Reading most efficiently being a key driver of such a screen, and reading most efficiently being one of the things one would expect to be able to do on a mail app, this clearly is a miss. I’ve grown used to this app’s way of organizing things, but there are tons of other mail apps with smart workflows. So for now, I’m giving this a few weeks hoping that they’re just about to ship the upgrade; otherwise, I guess one day I’ll get more frustrated than on other days, and I’ll just switch to something else.

Inbox is a great service but this app needs an update for the iPhone X.

No support for iPhone X yet.

Since google refuses to update this app for iPhone X I switched back to using gmail. And since gmail forces me to see all my junk that was neatly bundled on inbox I have since gone through and unsubscribed from everything.

Where is the iPhone X support

It’s been a while and no support for larger screen.

Love this app! Organizes everything for me, never crashes and keeps everything in certain files for myself. would highly recommend for students.

Most efficient way email works. Creativity of inbox are very impressive. It takes a while to get used to from the OG gmail but now I use it everyday and it is by far the best, fastest, most efficient way to sort through your email.

Through countless app updates, Googles inbox team has still failed to support the new iPhone X screen. This leaves such a poor experience for users on this device. In the mean time, Ive switched to Edison Email.

I love Inbox and it helps me organise my life. But why no support for iPad Pro resolution or split screen? This is a glaring omission and a major problem. Im astonished Google isnt keeping this excellent product up to date on iOS. The interface looks pixelated and clunky on a 10.5 inch iPad Pro. It does not support multitasking or drag and drop. And there are no keyboard shortcuts. If Google just implemented the normal keyboard shortcuts from the online version, this would make the app so much better for iPad. It’s ridiculous that it hasn’t been updated to the latest software.
